
A strategic alliance between Saltire Capital Partners and the Australian Academy of Health and Medical Sciences
The 2023 Health Horizons Forum brings together stakeholders from the Australian healthcare sector, including key industry leaders, influencers, and government policymakers, to:
- Explore emerging research and innovation areas that could transform Australians’ health over the coming decades.
- Identify emerging policy issues, opportunities, and challenges across sectors to share with industry and government.
- Connect stakeholders across the Australian health sector to facilitate future research, commercialisation, and innovation incubation.
The Forums leverage the expertise of the Academy’s Fellows’ to identify promising areas of research and innovation with the potential to transform the health of the Australian community.
Themes include research, development, and commercialisation of approaches to managing chronic conditions (e.g., mental health, gut health, arthritis, diabetes, and co-morbidity) and the latest developments in health and medical devices, genomics, and artificial intelligence.
