Yogi brings unparralled deal execution expertise to Saltire. With 23 years experience advising on over a hundred successful merger and acquisition and capital markets transactions in multiple industries across Australia, New Zealand, North America, Europe and the United Kingdom with the Big 4.

Douglas brings over fifteen years of principal investment, investment banking and insolvency experience to Saltire as former head of mergers and acquisitions and real estate investment banking for Citigroup. He is a proven deal maker with over $100 billion in completed merger and acquisition transactions across Australia, New Zealand, North America, Europe and Asia.

Saltire Analyst Programme

At Saltire, we believe in providing opportunities for young people to develop and grow. Since its inception we have had five analysts join the programme in their penultimate year from various tertiary institutions.

The Saltire Analyst Programme offers final year university students direct work experience in corporate finance, giving students with strong potential a start in the industry. Specific benefits to graduates of the Programme inlcude:

  2. practice interpersonal and communications skills in a professional environment
  3. a supported transition from the university environment to the work and commercial environments
